Les données GPS que le site invite à partager ont pour unique vocation de situer l'utilisateur dans le quartier où les affiches sont exposées et les vidéos projetées. Ni ces données GPS ni aucunes autres informations personnelles ne sont collectées, stockées ou partagées, que ce soit sur l'application ou l'espace Web.

Privacy policy

The art center "La Fenêtre" and the "Bientôt la péniche" studio undertake to comply with the regulation which sets the general data protection framework (Regulation EU - 2016/679 of the European Parliament known as "GDPR" ) and to show the greatest respect towards involved parents and children in their use of the application and website dedicated to "La Ville à l'Envers". The unique purpose of the GPS data that the site invites to share is to locate the user in the district where the posters are displayed and the videos projected. Neither this GPS data nor any other personal information is collected, stored or shared, either on the app or the web space.

VUFORIA

For Vuforia, the following informations may be send:

Information about the end users’ devices
  • Make, model and version of the user’s device
  • Operating system name and version number of the user’s device
  • Camera profile version

Information about the Software used to create the Developer Application such as:
  • Vuforia API version
  • Vuforia license keys
  • Cloud Recognition client key for apps that utilize Cloud Recognition

The IP address used by the end user’s device for the purpose of inferring the country of use (but not the exact location).

Images submitted with Cloud Recognition queries in order to match image for a Recognition event

The media access control address (MAC address) of the development system used to create the Developer Application for the purpose of generating a unique identifier for that system

Information about the use of Vuforia Developer tools:
  • The number of Model Targets, trained and not trained, and number of Guide Views created with the Model Target Generator
  • Basic statistical information of the CAD models used in the Model Target Generator, in particular CAD source format, number of polygons and parts ( but not the CAD data itself)
  • Basic metrics on Area Targets created with the Area Target Generator, in particular the number of created targets, the area covered, the number of panoramas and number of scanning -points

UNITY

For Unity, the following informations may be send:

Coarse Location
Information that describes the location of a user or device with lower resolution than a latitude and longitude with three or more decimal places, such as approximate location services.

User ID
Such as screen name, handle, account ID, assigned user ID, customer number, or other user- or account-level ID that can be used to identify a particular user or account

Device ID
Such as the device's advertising identifier, or other device-level ID.

Product Interaction
Such as app launches, taps, clicks, scrolling information, music listening data, video views, saved place in a game, video, or song, or other information about how the user interacts with the app.

Performance Data
Such as launch time, hang rate, or energy use

Other Diagnostic Data
Any other data collected for the purposes of measuring technical diagnostics related to the app.
